# NeuraTiM > I design and ship small, genuinely useful apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web — and every one of them is free. No subscription, no paywall, no premium tier. NeuraTiM is an independent, non-commercial project by a single front-end engineer of twenty years. It exists to answer one complaint: small utilities — a checklist, a timer, a converter — are routinely sold as monthly subscriptions long after the cost of building them collapsed. Every app released here is a free alternative to one of those, built with AI assistance and tested by hand on real devices before it ships. Terms that apply to every app listed below, without exception: free on every platform it supports, no subscription, no paywall, no premium tier, no advertising, and no account required.
